c) Former war veterans or widows/widowers of former war veterans who hold the Former War Veteran and/or Widow/Widower of Former War Veteran cards, under the terms of Law no. 46/2020 of 20 August and Ministerial Order no. 210/2020 of 3 September;
d) Guests whose stay is motivated by eviction situations or situations that imply eviction in similar situations, duly proven;

Easily accessible, being just a 50-minute drive from Porto International Airport or Vigo Airport in Spain, this villa occupies a central position, near the sandy beaches of Moledo. The nearby train station provides connections to Vigo in Spain and southward to the historic center of Viana do Castelo. The ancient Roman town of Caminha boasts numerous high-quality restaurants, cafes, bars, vibrant promenades, and open-air terraces. The Villa is 28 kilometres from the charming historic town of Viana do Castelo, renowned for its ancient monuments and extensive sandy beaches.
Essential amenities such as a minimarket, shops, and restaurants are available in Moledo and in Caminha.
The sands of Vila Praia de Âncora, located just 10 minutes from the villa, stretch from the fishing port to the mouth of the Âncora River, which flows into the sea after a 15-kilometer journey through the Serra de Arga hills, an appealing natural setting that offers excellent walking opportunities.
This expansive beach is known for its strong Atlantic waves, making it a prime location for high-quality surfing, and the town is also celebrated for its diverse selection of seafood and fresh fish dining options. In recent times, Caminha has fostered friendlier relations with its neighboring areas, with a daily ferry service connecting both sides of the river. On a small island in the estuary, one can find the ruins of the Fort of Ínsua, constructed in the fifteenth century to protect the river's entrance. Additionally, there are several other sandy beaches within a short driving distance.
