Open plan fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with doors opening onto the front large balcony and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter and back splash, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc. Breakfast bar with 2 stools. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, Sat TV, DVD player and music centre. Guest toilet.
Double bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite shower room. Master double bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite shower room. Each of these bedrooms have doors opening onto a large balcony with superb views of the Lima river valley and XI century roman bridge.
Adjacent to the main house is set a large built-in barbecue. There is plenty of quality outdoor furniture for alfresco dining where you can enjoy the panoramic views.

A 450 Euro refundable breakages deposit will be taken at the time of check-in and returned on departure.
Price includes: Electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels, final cleaning and taxes.
For stays of 10 nights or more, mid-stay cleaning is included in the price.
