Situated within a 10 minute drive from the picturesque and famous market town of Barcelos, this stone built cottage went through a huge renovation project finished last July 2012. All confort and modern facilities were added to the original building creating this spectacular holiday villa that we are now pleased to make available to our clients wishing to visit the beautiful and unspoilt Minho region.
The villa offers complete privacy and is set on a large plot with beautiful enclosed garden with lawn, large outdoor barbecue kitchen, private pool, children's plunge pool and multi sports area. Facilities includes WIFI internet and air conditioning in the main house.
Single storey villa
Open plan fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with doors opening onto the front terrace and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter and back splash, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc. Breakfast bar with 4 stools. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, Sat Tv, DVD player and music centre. 3 double bedrooms of which 2 have twin beds and 1 has a double bed and a shower room suitable for the disabled. An extra bed or cot is available for a child (7th person).
Adjacent to the main house is a separate stone building with large dining table, open fireplace and a summer kitchen leading onto a covered patio with large built-in barbecue and outdoor furniture for alfresco dining where you can enjoy panoramic views.
A beautiful stone-walled garden with paved courtyard, a large private pool (10 X 5 metres / depth from 0,90 to 1.5 metres), a children's pool, sports area with football goals, basket, tennis and badminton. Sand box for small children. Shaded vegetable garden area on the lower level just off the pool area, where you can help yourself to ripe tomatoes and peppers! Pergola covered veranda and a private parking space for two cars with direct access to the villa.

A 450 Euro refundable breakages deposit will be taken at the time of check-in and returned on departure.
Price includes: Electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels, final cleaning and taxes.
For stays of 10 nights or more, mid-stay cleaning is included in the price.
Pool heating (if requested) is an extra 275 Euros per week.
