Set amongst 3 acres of the Ponte de Lima landscape, this superb villa welcomes you to your own Minho Country estate. Luxury, space and tranquillity are some of the keywords we can use to describe the atmosphere of this 19th Century Farmhouse carefully designed and lovingly restored to create a truly stylish and comfortable Portuguese retreat.
Accommodation
Attention has been paid to detail and everything was considered to ensure all guests enjoy a warm and comfortable stay. This beautiful renovation is an elegant fusion of the Minho Region charm and tradition with contemporary furnishings and modern conveniences. Some of the original features were carefully kept (and fully renovated) such as high vaulted ceilings, wooden floors and stone balconies. Together with the white washed walls, terracotta floors and exceptional outdoor furnishings, the result could only be a distinctive property that we are pleased to feature in our programme. In addition to the private swimming pool and tennis court, guests have the use of a games room with table tennis and football table - a delight for adults and children. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The formal large gardens with many different, quaint areas, invite guests to relax in the shade or eat your meals. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a patio with many sun loungers.

Lower floor: Double bedroom with adjacent shower room. Large games room with tennis table, football table and TV area with fireplace. Fitness room. Laundry room.
Ground floor: excellent fully fitted kitchen with doors opening onto the dining room. Dining room with table to seat up to 20 people - doors leading onto a delightful balcony with uninterrupted views over the valley. Spacious living room with sofas, open fireplace, cable TV, table and chairs and doors leading onto the outside patio ideal for alfresco dining.
5 bedrooms (the beds can be made twin or queen size) each with an ensuite bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms (including the master) have doors opening onto the lawn and pool area. There is air-conditioning in these 5 bedrooms and the living-room.
