Ground floor
The villa is air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a food lift. The master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite shower room. There is another double bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds, both sharing a full bathroom. All three bedrooms have large windows offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Extra Sofa-bed for 2 adults or 2 children (available upon request – 75€ per week)
Upper Floor
On the upper floor, a spacious open plan living and dining area includes comfortable seating, cable TV and Wi-Fi. The dining table accommodates up to ten guests. Large sliding glass doors open onto a vast terrace furnished for outdoor dining, where you can soak in the magnificent sea views.
Lower floor
The lower level includes an additional double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a laundry room. This floor also opens out directly to the sun terrace, creating an indoor-outdoor flow.
Moledo’s wide sandy beach stretches from the charming fishing port to the mouth of the Âncora River, which winds its way down from the Serra de Arga hills. The surrounding natural environment offers excellent hiking opportunities, and the Atlantic waves make this beach a popular destination for surfers.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa. Additional services are available on request, including a private chef specializing in traditional Portuguese cuisine, wine tasting courses, massage and beauty treatments, guided tours with local experiences, horseback riding, golf, water sports, and more.
Tourist Tax
As this villa is located in the municipality of Caminha, a tourist tax is payable as of 6 of September 2024.
HOW MUCH IS THE MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX?
€1.50 in high season: from 1st May to 30th September
€1.00 in low season: from 1st October to 30th April
WHO PAYS?
- Guests aged 16 and over, per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (per person and per stay).
WHO IS NOT REQUIRED TO PAY?
a) Guests under the age of 16;
b) Disabled guests, with a disability equal to or greater than 60 per cent, provided they present proof of this condition.
c) Former war veterans or widows/widowers of former war veterans who hold the Former War Veteran and/or Widow/Widower of Former War Veteran cards, under the terms of Law no. 46/2020 of 20 August and Ministerial Order no. 210/2020 of 3 September;
d) Guests whose stay is motivated by eviction situations or situations that imply eviction in similar situations, duly proven;
e) Guests who are temporarily housed by the state and/or municipal social organisations in social or tourist accommodation establishments;
f) Guests who are staying in the establishments mentioned above by express order of the public authorities, as result of a declaration of social emergency or civil protection;
g) Guests that for reasons of conflict and displacement from their home countries are residing in Portugal, provided that it is proven by the services responsible for the asylum request.
h) Guests whose stay is the result of a pilgrimage, namely to Santiago de Compostela or Fátima, duly proven by a pilgrim's credential/passport/document for the first night.

Hemos estado una semana con unos amigos y la estancia ha sido maravillosa. Las fotos son espectaculares pero la casa es aún mejor. La ubicación es muy buena porque te permite conocer la zona norte de Portugal y la parte sur de Galicia. Es una casa muy grande, nosotros fuimos 4 adultos y 3 niños y cuenta con unas vistas espectaculares, en especial el salón situado en la planta alta con una terraza privilegiada. Tiene piscina, zona de barbacoa, solárium y se puede comer en el exterior. Y con la mesa de Ping pong hemos disfrutado mucho. Las habitaciones están muy bien de tamaño, con armarios amplios y muchas perchas, cosa que se agradece. El único defecto quizás sería la ducha excesivamente pequeña. La cocina está muy bien equipada de mobiliario y de utensilios. La entrada en la casa fue bien, vino una chica -Silvia - muy agradable que nos enseñó y explicó algunos aspectos de la casa. En conclusión, un alojamiento altamente recomendable para ir con amigos y poder disfrutar de las posibilidades de la casa así como para recorrer y conocer esta zona.

Charming large holiday villa located in the beautiful area of Caminha in an elevated position that gives outstanding views of the sea and Minho river. There are several sandy beaches within a short drive.
Very well-equipped with lovely light rooms allowing the indoor and outdoor living spaces to merge into one. The interiors have been tastefully furnished and the house has been equipped with all modern facilities; the kitchen is very well appointed and connects to the living room with doors opening onto a spacious terrace ideal for alfresco dining. The very well groomed garden and terraces offer the guests many lovely corners where they can sit outside and enjoy the views over the ocean.
The master double bedroom is on the upper floor offering an amazing seaview.
Extremely easy to reach (only 60 minute drive from Porto international airport or from Vigo - Spain - airport) this villa is in an absolutely central position: 1.8 kms from the old roman town of Caminha (with various good quality restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, lively promenades and open air esplanades around the Lima river's waterfront), 4 kms from Caminha beaches, 7 kms from Moledo beach - from the train station you can travel to Vigo in Spain or south to Viana do Castelo historic centre. The delightful old historic town of Viana do Castelo, famous for its ancient monuments, long sandy beaches is 25 minutes away by car.
