Lower floor: spacious living / dining room which makes the connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces, leading to a paved terrace ideal for alfresco dining, surrounded by an impressive natural environment. Back inside the villa, your will find a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room.

Upper floor: master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom sharing another shower room. Each of the 3 bedrooms has sliding doors opening onto a large terrace with uninterrupted views over the Lima valley.

Exterior

Well kept mature garden, sunbathing terraces and lawn. Excellent terrace perfect for al fresco dining. The private swimming pool is 10m X 5m. The pool has a retractable acrylic cover which is mainly used while the swimming pool is being heated. However, it can also be used without pool heating to keep this area more pleasant. 

Pool heating weekly cost is 200 Euros from 29th June to 30th August and 300 Euros for all other periods.

Wireless internet free of charge. A 450 Euro refundable breakages deposit will be taken at the time of check-in and returned on departure.

Price includes: Electricity, gas, water, weekly cleaning (including bed linen and towels), final cleaning and taxes.

Pool heating weekly cost is 250 Euros from 29th June to 30th August and 350 Euros for all other periods.
