The connection between the open plan living area and the spacious deck terrace with great views over the Lima river valley is one of the main features of this property.

The kitchen is well appointed and connects to the exterior deck terrace ideal for alfresco meals from where there are great views over the Lima river valley. The lawned garden offer the guests many lovely corners where they can sit outside or relax in a beach hammock hagging to a couple of the property's old olive trees.
Ponte de Lima town centre is approx. 6 kms away and offers a good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, while the local shop and bar a mere 1,500 metres away from the property.
Extra services are available on request such as Chef for traditional Portuguese cuisine, winetasting courses, masseuse, beautician, organisation of guided tours to nearby attractions with stops in typical places and local olive oil and wine tasting, horse riding, golf, water sports, etc.

Fully fitted kitchen. Spacious living / dining room with table seating up to 8 people, comfortable seating and doors opening onto the large terrace ideal for alfresco dining and sunbathing. There is satellite TV and a DVD player. Master double bedroom wtih ensuite shower room with jacuzzi bath. Twin bedroom and double bedroom. Full shower room to be shared by those 2 bedrooms.
Well maintained colourful garden with various mature trees providing shade. Delightful views over the Lima river valley and surrounding countryside. Private swimming pool (8 X 4 metres) which can be heated at an extra cost of 250 euros per week. Utility room with washing machine.
