within 4 acres of mature gardens and grounds, this superb recently renovated farmhouse is the ideal location for your holdays in the beautiful Minho region. The accommodation is tastefully decorated to a high standard retaining some original features
combined with the modern conveniences. The living area is beautifully decorated with comfortable
sofas and doors leading onto an exterior patio.
The large kitchen is fully equipped. The large gardens
with many different, quaint areas, invite guests to relax in the shade
or eat your meals. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a patio
with many sun loungers. The villa's convenient location - only sixt
kilometres from the historic centre – offers easy access to
the pleasures of the delightful Ponte de Lima roman town centre. Here
you will find various good quality restaurants, cafes, bars, open
air esplanades around the lima river's waterfront, 18 hole golf course,
horse riding centre, etc. Basic facilities such as a minimarket can
be found within walking distance.
Accommodation (single storey house):
Main building: fully fitted kitchen and large living / dining room with satellite TV, DVD player, internet connection and music centre. Doors opening onto the front terrace. 7 bedrooms (2 with a double bed each and 5 twins) each with an ensuite shower room or bathroom.
Spacious games room with pool table and football table.
Exterior: Ample sunbathing terraces, lawns and flowerbeds surround the pool (12 X 6 metres). The depth is from 0.85 to 1.80 metres. Pool side shower, barbecue area.
Within the property there is a separate 3 bedroomed cottage which can accommodate an extra 6 persons. Each of these bedrooms have an ensuite shower room or bathroom. Clients booking the main house only will have exclusive use of all facilities and the cottage will be closed. |
