Aquapura Douro Valley was inaugurated on 25 th June 2007. It is located on the southern banks of the Douro river, between the flowing waters and the terraced vineyards in the valley that has been classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The vines grow continuously in this privileged valley, endowed with sunshine and a particular climate that contributes to he creations of great wines and the exceptional Port Wines for which the region is so well known.
Veritable havens of tranquillity, the 21 Villas offer a stay of refinement in a pure environment. Consisting of one, two and three floors, with one, two or three bedrooms, from 140m2 to 350m2, the Villas were decorated to create a décor of great elegance, uniting classic style and the warmth of the wood with brilliance of chrome, all the while valuing the richness of the geometric lines. The mix of warm colours such as chocolate brown and the purity of white and grey. The large sofas in front of the vast fireplaces make the dream of evenings spent around a wood fire.

The Villas Vinha, 7 villas overlooking the hill covered vineyards, sharing 2 pools between them.

Gastronomy: The chef Emmanuel Soares has created an innovative menu, influenced by his Portuguese origins and his experiences in Parisian restaurants such as Le Doyen, or after the great chefs he has worked with such as Alain Ducasse.
At the restaurant “Alma Lusa”, the chef invites you on a culinary voyage blending traditional Portuguese products with the contemporary cuisine. Along the themes of the Douro 's gastronomy over the centuries to Portuguse cuisine around the world. Emmanuel Soares gives complete freedom to his inspiration, and introduces his concept of “Food & Feeling”, with a modern menu mixing Portuguse traditions with international recipes.
The restaurant “Vale Abraão” overlooks the gardens and the vineyeards.
The “Pool Bar” by the main pool offers a relaxed cuisine.
In the Douro Valley , gastronomy is synonymous with the great wines. These great wine of the Douro Valley and the beast Port Wines are naturally available on the menu. The hotel has a beautiful Wine Cellar. With a modern interior design, playing with the transparency, the Wine Cellar is a privileged place for wine tasting or private dinners.
The Bar, which is the heart of the hotel and with an inviting and warm atmosphere, invites one on a voyage of discovering the Portuguese wines as well as international wimes along with a beautifully embellished choice of snacks. The other side of the bar offers a totally relaxed atmosphere, where one can lounge back on the “chaises longues”, enjoy a champagne tasting or a variety of teas, coffees and chocolates accompanied by a selection of desserts.

Pure relaxation in your bathroom: Would you prefer to enjoy your Spa treatments in the intimacy of your own bathroom? Your “butler” will do everything to prepare the treatment that you wish and that you have chosen from the Bath menu:
• Realxing bath: Ytsara Serenity is a mixture of jasmine, essential oil of lemon, accompanied by a white wine tasting and chocolate truffles.
• Vinotherap is a bath containing olive oil and grape seeds, all to be enjoyed while tasting a delicious red wine.
• For Men: Ytsara Serenity is with herbs, as well as a glass of whisky and a good cigar…
