Accommodation: the hotel has 75 rooms with view to the river, terraces or balcony. One of the rooms is prepared for disabled perple and 10 rooms are suites, one of them Presidencial. All rooms are comfortably designed and equipped with complete bathroom, hairdrier, towel drier, TV, radio, telephone with a direct line, internet access, air conditioning, safety box, mini-bar and some of the suites has hydro-massage in the bath.

Restaurant: restaurant "Santa Clara" is beautifully decorated and has capacity for 60 persons with a panoramic view overlooking the River Ave and to the Monastery of Santa Clara. The menu offers a selection of national gastronomy. The restaurant is also open for the public.

Banquet Hall "Terraços do Ave" overlooks the River Ave and the Monastery of Santa Clara with plenty of natural light and has a capacity for 300 persons. This makes it an ideal place for any kind of event (weddings, parties, show-rooms, etc.).

In Bar "Açude" you can enjoy good music and from the terrace you can also enjoy the magnificent view.

Conference facilities: the Conference Hall "José Régio" offers the best for your business meetings, conferences and get-togethers. It has a capacity for 120 persons and it can be divided into 3 smaller meeting rooms. There is also a bar and terrace avilable for occasions like coffee-breaks, welcome-drinks, etc. All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, internet access and sound system.
